What this website is

This site is an information and catalogue website for a furniture manufacturer. It is not an online shop. No prices are shown, no order can be placed here, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Everything you see is an invitation for you to contact us so we can quote.

Product information

  • Rubberwood and acacia are natural materials. Grain, colour and the way a finish takes will vary between pieces and between production runs. Photographs and screen colours are indicative, not exact.
  • Dimensions are nominal and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance. Where an exact dimension matters to you, confirm it in writing before production.
  • We improve and retire designs continuously. Availability of any item shown here is confirmed only in a written quotation.
  • Catalogues published on this site describe ranges that were current when the catalogue was issued.

Quotations and orders

A quotation we issue is valid for the period stated on it and is not binding until we have confirmed your order in writing. A contract between us comes into existence only when we issue an order confirmation or proforma invoice and you accept it.

Commercial terms — price, currency, minimum quantity per SKU, payment terms, Incoterms, lead time, packaging, tolerances on quantity, and warranty — are set out in that quotation and order confirmation. Those documents govern the sale. Nothing on this website varies them.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, catalogues, drawings and designs published on this site belong to Planet Furniture (Thailand) Co., Ltd. or are used with permission. You may view them and share links to them. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially, or present our products as your own manufacture, without our written permission.

Where you supply drawings, specifications, trademarks or artwork for OEM or private-label production, they remain yours. We use them only to quote and produce your order, and we do not offer your design to another customer.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, extract data from it by automated means, or use our enquiry forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a website we do not control, we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

Availability and liability

We try to keep the site accurate and available but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect your rights under a contract of sale between us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction, unless a signed contract between us says otherwise.
